Problem Description

Invoice nr. 1 had letter one sent on 5th December 19, which is correct at 5 working days from the due date.
Letters 2 and 3 were expected to be generated on the 20/12/19 (working day 15) and 19/01/2020 (working day 30) however they have generated 1 working day late.
There is no evidence of this invoice being placed in dispute to delay the dunning.
