Symptoms

User is unable to use SMARTVIEW (Essbase) when installed on MacIntosh operating system.  It is erroring out saying “AADSTS900561: The endpoint only accepts POST requests", and does not allow the user to sign in. Clearing Microsoft Office cache as Oracle suggested, does not help.  The web version does not load either, and even after clearing cache/cookies for the web version doesn't work.
