GL Cross Reference Menu Option Is Not Displayed In IMCS (Doc ID 2866954.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.2 version:

You have created a custom role with SEARCH_GL_CROSS_REFERENCE_PRIV assigned in a custom duty.
However GL CROSS REFERENCE is not available under Foundation on the task list


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) create a custom role with a custom duty with SEARCH_GL_CROSS_REFERENCE_PRIV assigned
2) login to ReIM
3) foundation -> GL Cross Reference
