When attempting to add a new Life Combination for STL Method under Life in Periods the following error occurs.

        The method name must be unique across method types, method type and life in periods, or method type and life in years and months. (FA-645733)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
From Setup and Maintenance
1. Search for Task "Manage Depreciation Methods", or find it under Financials>Fixed Assets
2. Find the STL Methods
3. Use the + button and attempt to create new using the radial set for "Life In Periods".  At Save the error spawns
