Symptoms
On : 19.2 version, Document Creation
Invoice Matching does not allow you to remove all non-merchandise costs from merchandise invoices.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create new merch invoice
2. add a non-merch cost
3. try to remove it and validate it is not possible.
