Symptoms

After receiving an error message when sending a new record to the next step, the user is unable to close the dialogue box for the error, which prevents the user from editing any form.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Create record
  2. Enter mandatory fields
  3. Click send
  4. Observe errors
  5. Click X on the error
  6. The error does not disappear.
