Symptoms

After deploying a new Oracle Data Integrator on (ODI) on Marketplace (MP) instance with policies created in OCI IAM identity domain and selecting to configure a new ODI repository on Autonomous Database (ADW), the instance is created, but the ODI repository creation fails.

The following error is seen in the odiConfigure.log:
