Unable To Classify Organization As Project Organization (Doc ID 2867459.1)

Oracle Fusion Project Foundation Cloud Service - Version 11.13.21.10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Requirement:
User has created “Allan Drew Operations” as a Department and as an Inventory Organization.

He then went to the Manage Project Classifications and Classified the “Allan Drew Operations” (Inventory Organization – Org ID 300000057412827) as Project Task Organization and Project Expenditure Organization – This was done by mistake.

We are following the department hierarchy in Oracle PFM. So, we require “Allan Drew Operations” (Department – Org ID 300000057806140) to be classified as Project Task Organization and Project Expenditure Organization – but we are unable to do this.

Issue:
We are able to De-Activate Project Task Organization and Project Expenditure Organization for “Allan Drew Operations” (Inventory Organization – Org ID 300000057412827)

But when we try to classify a Department as Project Task Organization and Project Expenditure Organization

On clicking Save and Continue, we get an error …. “An object of type Project Task Owning Organization with the name Allan Drew Operations already exists. Enter a unique name.”

Please suggest how can we classify this Departmentas Project Task Organization and Project Expenditure Organization?

We have an Organization with same name but 2 different IDs - just that the classification was done for the wrong Org ID.

Is there any way in which we can keep the same name and still be able to classify the Department Org as Project/Task Owning Org?
