Goal

When employee is terminated due to retirement, we expect person type to change to Ex-Employee.
The employees who have been terminated due to Retirement are not changing to Ex-Employee, they continue to appear in UI as Employee.

(a) When does the Oracle delivered "Ex-Employee" System Person Type get used? Under what scenarios?
(b) Which tables/records/columns are populated with "Ex-Employee" when it is used?
(c) Where in the UI is "Ex-Employee" shown to the user?
