Symptoms
Changing the sys password on Dataguard Associated databases fails with DBAAS-80053
[oracle@test ~]$ sudo dbaascli database changepassword --dbname DBNAME --user sys
DBAAS CLI version 22.1.1.1.0
Executing command database changepassword --user sys

[FATAL] [DBAAS-80053] Database change password operation is not supported on the selected database 'DBNAME '.
CAUSE: Data Guard configuration is detected. Change password operation not supported for data guard environment
