Symptoms
When viewing the Punchout Cart from a Requisition line, the Payload is not in a readable (XML) format. This is Supplier specific.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Punch Out from the Supplier and the Requisition line is brought into the Oracle UI
2. While the Requsition is in edit mode, select a Requisition line
3. Go to Actions, then view Punchout Cart
3. The Payload displays but is not in a readable format
