Unable to see the Approval Unit with "Not Started"status in the Approval Page (Doc ID 2867875.1)

Symptoms

In the Approvals page, when the users are trying to filter the Approval unit with Approval Status as Not Started. It is showing as blank instead of pulling the Entities with "Not started" Approval status.
