Symptoms

 Rest API call is ending with '500 Internal Server Error'

The Rest API call is failing for Contracts product.

This is the REST URL:
End Point: https://XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.oraclecloud.com
Resource: fscmRestApi/resources/latest/contracts?q=((ContractNumber = 'XXXXXXXXXXX') OR (ContractNumber = 'XXXXXXXXXXXX' AND StsCode ='DRAFT'))

Headers:
REST-Framework-Version = More than 1 (2,3,4,5,6,7 & 8 all the versions other than 1)

Content-Type = application/vnd.oracle.adf.resourceitem+json

Receive 500 Internal Server Error when we attempt to run the service.
