Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When meeting all the conditions for auto creation, notice that the records are not Auto created and the following message is returned:
ERROR

Result - Failed
Reason of failure - User/Group list is empty
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the Unifier Application
- Navigate to the affected Shell
- Open the affected Business Process (BP)
- Create a new record
- Fill in the mandatory details
- Submit the record
- Notice the Auto Creation error
