Customer wants to Adjust Individual Balances for a person. For 'County' and 'City', there are no available adjustment values in the dropdown menu.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To have available options for 'Country' and 'City'.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups Quick Actions > Show More > Payroll > Adjust Individual Balance
2. Search an employee > Select element > Select assignment number
3. Select State > Click LOV for County - (blank); Click LOV for City - (blank)
