Symptoms
After MFCS : 19.3.007 upgrade the ReSA application is slow and randomly seeing PPR nullpointerException issue.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open any ReSA transactions.
2. Make sure the transaction does not have any sa_tran_item row.
3. Notice that the screen throws PPR exception.
