ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When performing a balance adjustment for NI category V and using "NI Employee Adjustment" element, no option available to select in drop-down list for Pension.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to process a balance adjustment for NI on category: V

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My client groups >Payroll
2. Adjust individual balances
3. Select the NI Employee Adjustment element
4. Select NI category as: V
5. List of values for Pension is not populated
