A Table Is Not Expanding As Expected

Symptoms
An expandable table is missing the arrow to expand the table.
This table is manipulated by a JavaScript function and removing that function causes the table to expand but the button the function adds is gone.
Changes
This issue may have appeared after upgrading Visual Builder from 21.10.2 to 22.04.2
It was reported that the original script, which omits the required fields, worked in 21.10.2
