Is there any option to reassign the direct reports using Jobs to a new manager when current manager is getting terminated?

E.g.: If the Manager A has 4 direct reports where 2 employees are assigned Job A and other 2 employees are assigned Job B, and when Manager A is terminated then 2 employees with Job A should be assigned to Manager B and 2 employees with Job B should be assigned to Manager C who may not be in reporting hierarchy of Manager A.
