Blockchain Connection Profile YAML File Orderer Information Appears Empty (Doc ID 2868775.1)

Symptoms

On Blockchain Cloud Service version: 21.4.1, created a new HLF 2.2 instance with a participant Platform role. Start the participant's Orderer service, after that tried to download the connection profile from OBP console or REST API. However, there are connection profile issues, from the downloaded connection file couldn't find the information about the Orderer.
