Goal

When trying to perform modifications on lease to terminate it, the user is getting the following error:

The date for the attribute Transaction Date must be with the current open period (FA-645734)

Steps to reproduce:

1) Manage Lease > Search for Lease > Terminate Lease

2) Click Generate Schedule > see error as shown
