Item Search By UDA Does Not Work (Doc ID 2868823.1)

Item search by UDA in the advanced search of the 'Download Item from RMS' screen in MFCS doesn't work:

1. The 'UDA Value' seems to be designed to support LOV type UDAs only. The expectations is to have a free form text and be able to search by date and by Free Form Text, not just a LOV.

2. When a LOV type UDA is selected in 'UDA' drop-down, the 'UDA Value' drop-down shows UDA Values not filter by the already selected UDA id; users must then provide the UDA id twice (one in the 'UDA' drop-down and another in 'UDA Value' drop-down search).

3. Users can't search for Date or Free Text type UDAs.
