Add Asset with Spreadsheet has Null Status when Post with “Download all rows after successful upload” Selected (Doc ID 2868858.1)

Goal

When adding assets via spreadsheet and select Post, with “Download all rows after successful upload” selected, the application first shows "Rows inserted successfully" in Status column and then it Disappears.  When back at file the status is showing null and also the interface line numbers get inverted to descending order. Why does this occur?
