When Attempting to Upload Jpg Files to a Business Process Record, the Pop up Window Shows Progress and Then When Complete on Error Message Occurs


ERROR
File upload failed


STEPS

  1. Log into Primavera Unifier
  2. Select Project
  3. Click on Business Process
  4. Open record
  5. Under Attachments, click the paperclip and select Browse
  6. In the pop up window, browse to or drag and drop a JPG file
  7. Click the Upload button
