Recalculate Seniority Button in Manage Seniority Dates not working

After clicking on Recalculate Seniority Button in Manage Seniority Dates, the last calculated date has not changed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Seniority Dates > Seniority Date was last calculated on 10/5/2021
2. Click Recalculate Seniority to process > the last calculated date has not changed.
