ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When internal candidates accepts Job Offer to get promoted to a new job, the person type of the employee gets defaulted again.
When processing the Promotion / Change Assignment action in Manage Job Offers as HR Specialist, the person type gets defaulted. The expectation is that the assignment fields that are not changed in the Job Offer will remain same as prior to accepting the Job Offer.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. access internal candidate > create Job Offer > submit Job Offer > accept Job Offer
2. as HR Specialist > go to Manage Job Offers > select candidate/offer >  select Promotion
4. in Change Assignment process > field Person type is different than the one that candidate had in Employment data before being promoted
