Dependent Activity Doesn't Match Time Changes When Importing Schedule (Doc ID 2868961.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import a schedule, if the User tries to reduce the time for an activity, the dependent activities will not also decrease in time.

The time for an activity/dependent activity will adjust properly when it is manually created instead.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Go to schedule manager.
  2. Schedule sheets.
  3. Try to import a schedule.
  4. Reduce the time for an activity.
  5. Observe that it does not decrease in time for the dependent activity.
