Import XER from older P6 releases does not bring in full Calendar Exceptions and Notebook Descriptions when the data element exceeds 4096 characters.

To see if this affects calendars in the XER import, open the XER in Notepad++.

The following example is how the data element exports from P6 16.2 XER.  The character length in Notepad++ for this specific calendar is 4980.

Export from the latest Patch Sets (19.12.19.0, 20.12.14.0, and 21.12.4.0) does not Export full Calendar Exceptions and Notebook Descriptions when they are greater than 4096 characters.
