Blank Documents Being Uploaded to the Document Manager When Using the 'Save Record Information to Document Manager' Functionality (Doc ID 2869270.1)

Blank PDF documents are being sent to the Document Manager when using the 'Save Record Information to Document Manager' functionality in a Business Process Workflow Setup.

Example: In a Business Process design, there are two workflows created:

- WF - V1
- WF - V2

These workflow setups are configured to save Record information to Document Manger at multiple steps.

When the PDF file is sent the the Shell's Document Manager in the configured location, the record PDF is blank.

The expectation is for the PDF files to contain valid record data.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to a Project/Shell that has the Business Process configured.
  2. Open the BP Log.
  3. Create a new record using one of the Workflow setups.
  4. Route the record through the workflow.
  5. The PDF file should be sent to the DM at the steps configured in the Workflow schema.
  6. Open the PDF file and observe that the file is blank.
