Goal

Why wrong Entitlements getting paid for sickness absence?

The issue we found was that the SSP entitlement is incorrect, for the first absence 01-MAR-22 to 03-APR-22 the employee had the 3 waiting days and then had used 31 days at 100%. But the new absence from 04-APR-22 to open ended shows 194 days at 100%. This should be 165 days at 100% (Correct SSP entitlement 3 waiting days at 0% and 196 days at 100%).
