Symptoms

Organization Payment Method creation shows error.

ERROR
-----------------------
Before an organization payment method can be defined, the legislative data group for it must have a valid defined balance for payments (PAY-1635952). The balance used for payments must have the remuneration indicator set to Y (Yes) and the payments dimension enabled.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. My Client Groups -> Payroll -> Organization Payment Methods
  2. Create a new payment method
  3. Error message is displayed.
