Work Order, Requested Date Format Mismatch On TEST Instance (Doc ID 2869914.1)

Symptoms

On the Work order(WO) page under services tab, the requested date format is not in sync with as per the date format applied on application level.

Steps:

Click the Work Order icon or open the WO subtab from SR detail page

The 'Requested Date' field column on the landing page shows a different format compared to the format shown on the WO detail page.
