Goal

Customer is finding that when attempting to Hire / Change Assignment for employee, the Salary is defaulted for Employees as per annualization factor 12 and not 13.

Customer has configured Grade Ladder Setup for Annualization Factor or 13 and expects that the salary for employee should be defaulted from Grade Ladder Setup.
