On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Service Request

Unable To Create A Service Request After 22B Upgrade - error using webservice - GET has duplicate parameter CategoryId

 

ERROR

Exception in expression "ServiceRequestVO" object function assignOperationalUnit(java.lang.String) : oracle.jbo.JboException Unexpected exception caught: oracle.adf.model.adapter.AdapterException, msg=DCA-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=Method GET has duplicate parameter CategoryIdDCA-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=Method GET has duplicate parameter CategoryIdMethod 
at "ServiceRequestVO" object function assignOperationalUnit(java.lang.String) line 7
at "oracle.apps.crm.service.svcMgmt.srMgmt.model.entity.ServiceRequestEO" trigger "SetOUAndAssignQueue" line 7
 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service
2. Service Request
3. click Create Service Request

4. Error generated

Due to this issue, users cannot create Service Requests using webservice URL
