Symptoms

 Validations on Time Cards from Classic UI are not being fired for the timecard fields marked as mandatory.

Changes

Customers using the Classic Time Card UI and having mandatory fields on the UI. However, it is limited and happens only if the user does not select the mandatory field, which is not an obvious scenario.
