On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Data Load

When attempting to load a Worker HDL file to update employment records--or when attempting to make changes within the Fusion HCM UI--the following error occurs.

ERROR

The Primary Work Relationship attribute of the assignment with effective start date 10/1/12 12:00 AM and effective sequence 1 doesn't match the work relationship

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to load a Worker HDL file to update Assignment records
2. Encounter the error above
