The Mass Legal Employer Change Process Withdraw Ongoing Future Absence?

Suppose an employees whose leaves have started on or before 29th Aprl (legal employer change date) and end date is after 29th Aprl
i.e leaves getting split between the 2 legal entities e.g annual leave is from 28th Aprl - 3rd May.

After mass legal employer change, there is no record of the leave from 29th Aprl to 3rd May after legal employer change which doesn't look correct.
Neither the HR Admin nor the employee himself can see any history of what has happened for leave from 29th Aprl to 3rd May. Please confirm us this is expected behavior.
