Environment Down - Out of Memory Error (Doc ID 2871106.1)

Symptoms

Policies environment is down; all services are down.

Looking at the objects in the memory dump, it seems to be related to the calculate premium activity.
It appears that since the system was calculating premium for a long period, it might be related to this activity.  Checking the property "ohi.processing.groupsize.CALCULATE_PREMIUM" in the Policies property file shows no value is set, which means it must be taking a default value of 50.

Note that this can happen in both SaaS and On-Prem environments.  In SaaS environments, monitoring is in place and alerts generated in such cases.
