Symptoms

Problem Description:


Offer approvals with AoR (Area of Responsibility) are Auto Approved



Following error displays:

ORABPEL-30053 exception.code:30053 exception.type: ERROR exception.severity: 2 exception.name: System error in evaluating routing slip. exception.description: A system error occurred in evaluating the routing slip. The error is exception.code:30047 exception.type: ERROR exception.severity: 2 exception.name: Error in routing slip. exception.description: Error in evaluating parameter parallel/percentageOfOutcome and parallel/outcomePercentage in the routing slip. The error is null. The routing slip is associated with the task definition default/HcmRecHiringOffersCoreApprovalComposite!11.13.22.01.0/OfferApprovalHumanTask. exception.fix: Make sure that the parameter parallel/percentageOfOutcome and parallel/outcomePercentage is specified correctly. . The routing slip is associated with the task definition default/HcmRecHiringOffersCoreApprovalComposite!11.13.22.01.0/OfferApprovalHumanTask. exception.fix: Refer to the log file that is configured for oracle.soa.service

 

Steps:
1. Offer Approvals are set with Representative type AoR (Area of Responsibility) based on the Hiring Managers representative.
2. The Hiring mangers representative shows the AoR (Area of Responsibility) used in the approval. And there is a person assigned to it.
3. The offer is created and submitted for Approval. The process errors with the error mentioned above.
