Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Workspace and Adaptive Search

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Account details are missing

Click on "Actions" and go to "Log a call"…it pulls in the name of the opportunity, but not the account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When logging a call, the call will not pull in the Account name.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Opportunity Workspace -> Enter Opportunity
2. Click Actions -> Log a call
3. If the Opportunity has an Account associated to it the Account name will not populate.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users don't have Account name populated in the the call details.
