Symptoms
On Blockchain App Builder version prior to 22.2.1, Scaffolding of Typescript chaincode is failing with the error "Error compiling typescript project".
Impact on existing chaincode:
This issue is not expected to happen for existing (already created) chaincodes.
To scaffold a Typescript Chaincode:
• using App Builder CLI, use the ‘ochain init’ command. For more information, you can look at this link
• using App Builder VS Code extension, click on the ‘+’ under the ‘CHAINCODES’ section, present on the left side of VS Code extension page. Once we click on ‘+’ on the right-side, a window pops up where we add the details and click ok ‘Create’.
