Apex Rest Data source Rest Synchronization Not Working or Failing with the Error ORA-01031When Trying To Trigger Automation (Doc ID 2871554.1)

Symptoms

Customer have created Rest data sources in apex calling fusion webservice to sync the data to custom table. The Rest synchronizations are not running and also trigger through the Apex Automation.

When tried to enable it again the following error is noticed from the Debug log

Error Stack: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
