[OSF] Yarn Delete Gateway Timeout Error (Doc ID 2871587.1)

Symptoms

Manual workflow for one-off deployments "yarn delete --serverEnv development" (or test) to refresh translations or asset configurations leads to "504 Gateway Timeout" error.

Running a regular deployment (yarn deploy) works fine.





The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. yarn delete --serverEnv development results in error
2. Check error 504 Gateway Timeout
