REIM rollup batch fails with ORA-30926 error.

Error:
oracle.retail.apps.reim.data.DataAccessException: Couldn\t populate cost and
qty variance , error=@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set
of rows in the source
tables@2REIM_ROLLUP_SQL.POP_VARIANCE_RES_FOR_MRCHI-oracle.retail.apps.reim.dat

Steps To Recreate:
1. Run Reim Rollup Batch.
