Symptoms

When attempting to load a new employees using the Oracle Fusion HCM REST API Workers end point--which include Assignment Descriptive Flexfield or DFF attributes and values--the following error occurs within the payload response.

Error occurred while calling Create Worker API: Definition xxx of type Attribute is not found in AssignmentVO_assignmentsDFF_AssignmentVOToBaseWorkerAsgDFFVO_BaseWorkerAsgDFFVO

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to load a new Pending Worker using the same HCM REST API Workers end point
2. Encounter error message above
3. Able to submit the same payload request--without the Assignment DFF attributes and values--successfully using the HCM REST API Workers end point
