ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After publishing the initiative, when user navigates back to publish tracker, no data is visible

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see records in the publish tracker section after Publishing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new initiative
2. Publish the initiative
3. navigate to the publish tracker and no data is displayed.
