Symptoms

In XOCS V21.0.0.1:

When applying .MNT using UPDATE_SELECT, the process fails to load lines targeted to the STORE:XXX org level. Users notice the below error when this occurs:

Expected: Item Options Targeted to the STORE:XXX org level should be processed successfully.
Actual: STORE:XXX level records fail to apply in XOCS and an error is thrown.
