When attempting to create a new position in the Request a New Position quick action,
the following error is received.

You must provide a value for the Code attribute


Steps to reproduce
________________

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. From the Home Page, go to My Client Groups

2. Click on 'Show More' in the lower left side

3. Then go to Request a New Position

4. Attempt to create a new position

5. Receive the error
