Symptoms

OCI EXACS

Customer was trying to create a new 11.2 Database with old Jan 2021 patch level. facing below error during DB creation

Changes

Jan 2021 patches were removed from OSS.  As per processes, only latest 4 quarterly patches will be available in OSS container
