Default Carrier Setting Does not Reflect on the SOCS Mobile UI (Doc ID 2872789.1)

Symptoms

The carrier set as the default carrier service in EICS is not listed as the default on the SOCS UI.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Shipment level carrier details on SOCS should be changed to the new carrier set as default.


1. In EICS, Admin -> Configuration, setup the Carrier and Carrier Service - change the default to the new Carrier (from other which is defaulted)
2. Ensure the Store Administration has "Manifest Transfer to store" set as Yes.
3. Login to SOCS , go to Shipping & Receiving, create a Transfer Shipment.
4. Add a container. Add items/quantities.

On the carrier Info section, Carrier is not defaulting to the set option.
